Executive Board
My name is Siddhant More, and I am your chair for UNODC at VIBGYOR MUN 14. I am an Economics and Political Science major at O.P Jindal Global University.
I’ve been a part of the MUN circuits for about nine years now. VIBGYOR MUN is heritage to me. This place is where I made my debut as a delegate, an Executive Board member and as Director General. VIBGYOR MUN has always been known for its top-class debate style and this year will be no different! I welcome you all to VIBGYOR MUN 14!
UNODCs have generally been perceived as slower and less eventful committees but I am here to change that. With the agenda we have at hand and the chairing style that I will equip with my co-chair; I can proudly say that this will be one of the best MUN experiences you will have!
Modern day issues and globalisation demands active citizenship from the youth. With the forum and the platform provided for you to voice your opinion I hope you can step up to the task and make it count! Prepare to be as efficient in the committee as possible. Work on your weaknesses and step up your strengths. Do not shy away from stepping up to the challenge and lastly, compete with a true spirit!
Regards,
Siddhant More
Chair
United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime
Dear MUNners,
My name is Krisha Vanjole. It is with immense joy and a heart full of passion that I take on the role of Co-Chair for the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime at VIBGYOR Model United Nations. VIBGYOR MUN holds a special place in my heart, and it is an honour to contribute to this incredible platform. My journey in MUN has been enriched by diverse experiences, and currently, I proudly serve on the Board of Directors at the Rotaract Club. This role has instilled in me a deep sense of responsibility and a commitment to service.
Beyond that, I’ve had the privilege of being the Head of Public Relations for several non-governmental organisations, where I learned the art of effective communication and the power of building connections. Founding Evolve MUN has been a personal milestone, a testament to my dedication to fostering dialogue and understanding the MUN community.
Having participated in over 80 Model United Nations conferences, each one has been a unique chapter in my journey, shaping my perspective on international affairs and diplomacy. As a Co-Chair, I am excited to bring this wealth of experience to the UNODC committee at VIBGYOR MUN and guiding delegates toward impactful resolutions.
Here’s to a conference filled with collaboration, innovation, and the spirit of diplomacy!
Regards,
Krisha Vanjole
