ELIGIBILITY:
All delegates of VIBGYOR Model United NATIONS 15 Conference (“VIBGYOR MUN 15”) must be currently enrolled in high school (age 13 and above) or graduated from a high school no more than 2 years prior to the VIBGYOR MUN 15.
- The staff and Secretariat of VIBGYOR MUN 15 reserve the sole and absolute right to ascertain the eligibility of any delegate and expel/remove any delegate/s whosoever found to be ineligible (to participate as a delegate) in sole discretion of Staff and Secretariat of VIBGYOR MUN 15, without refunding any amount whatsoever. To clarify and reiterate, any delegate who does not meet the above criteria, or is otherwise found to be in violation of the VIBGYOR MUN 15’s terms and conditions, will be considered ineligible for participation.
- Delegates attempting to falsify the eligibility criteria or otherwise found to be in violation of the VIBGYOR MUN 15’s terms and conditions will be considered ineligible for participation.
CONDUCT AND RESPONSIBILITY OF THE DELEGATE
- The delegates should attend the conference on time to show contentious effort in participating and to abide by the VIBGYOR MUN 15’s rules and regulations.
- The delegates must be dressed in western business attire except when informed by the Secretary General or Director General during committee sessions. Clothes that expose excessive bare skin or are otherwise revealing shall be deemed inappropriate, and entry of such delegates may be denied.
- The delegate is expected to behave honestly with dignity and treat others with respect and courtesy. Delegates should not misbehave with the other delegates, nor shall use any inappropriate language, actions, and attire. The delegate is expected not to harass others verbally or in any other manner.
- The delegate should not consume and possess any type of alcohol or smoke any banned substance during the conference and/or must not carry or possess banned substances during VIBGYOR MUN 15.
- All delegates are expected to remain in character during the entire duration of the VIBGYOR MUN 15 by consistently advocating the interest and representing the policies of the countries assigned to them. This includes acting in character and also entails displaying respect for the opinions and ideas of fellow delegates, even if these opinions and ideas conflict with the given delegates’ own countries' priorities. Delegates are expected to prepare adequately for active participation in committee sessions.
- If the delegates are found to be in violation of any security policies, then such delegates may be barred from further participation or may be expelled without refund of any amount whatsoever at the sole and absolute discretion of the Secretary General.
- Delegates who disrupt or cause any inconvenience to committee sessions may be barred from further participation or may be expelled without refund of any amount at the sole discretion of the Secretary General.
- The staff and Secretariat of VIBGYOR MUN 15 will not tolerate any instances of discrimination or harassment based on gender, sexual orientation, race, religion, age, national origin, or physical disability. The staff and Secretariat of VIBGYOR MUN 15 will also not tolerate any instances of inappropriate behavior or unwelcome advances of a sexual nature. If any other delegate, staff, or advisor complains or encounters any harassment and discrimination which result in a hostile environment or disparate treatment, then they must bring it to the attention of the Secretary General or another member of the Secretariat. The Secretary General shall ascertain and, if required, investigate the merits of the allegations and record statements of all parties involved. Based on the findings of the investigations, the Secretary General may:
- Issue a verbal reprimand;
- Expel the offending delegate;
- Bar the delegate from further participation;
- Take other actions as may be deemed fit, necessary, and appropriate.
REGISTRATION FEES
A registration fee of INR 46,000/- (twin sharing) and INR 40,250/- (triple sharing) will be applicable for delegates to participate in the VIBGYOR MUN 15. Discounts and other benefits will be offered to delegates based on the availability of the seats, and accordingly, the information in this regard will be displayed from time to time on the official VIBGYOR MUN 15’s website.
Fee mentioned above does not include travel cost to and fro, to Mumbai for the conference.
SPECIAL NOTE: Fees once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances whatsoever.
LIABILITY RELEASE FORM
By registering for VIBGYOR MUN 15 the student and parent or legal guardian or faculty advisors/teachers agree to abide by the rules of VIBGYOR MUN 15. These rules are established for the students’ safety as well as the safety of the associates and organizers of VIBGYOR MUN 15. All participants who are below 18 years of age must mandatorily ask the parent to register and agree to the terms and conditions mentioned here.
I (hereinafter referred to as “Delegate”) represented by my parent/legal guardian wish to participate in the VIBGYOR High Model United Nations 2025 (“VIBGYOR MUN 15”) scheduled on 25th June to 28th June, 2025 at The Westin, Mumbai Powai Lake, Mumbai.
Declaration by Parents/Legal Guardians
We, the parent(s)/legal guardians have no objection to our ward’s participation in VIBGYOR MUN 15.
We assure you that our ward will abide by and comply with the rules and regulations laid down in this regard. These rules and regulations/guidelines applicable to the student/ward participating in the VIBGYOR MUN 15 have been duly explained to us and the student/ward and unambiguously understood, agreed, and accepted by us and to the student/ward.
We shall provide all the information for the purpose of the VIBGYOR MUN 15, and we shall be solely and exclusively liable and responsible in case of any violation/breach of the same by our ward/s.
We also do hereby agree and provide our consent to use the copy of our child’s Aadhar Card/Passport for check-in formalities at the hotel and photographs on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other social media platforms, as well as in publicity concerning the same.
We hereby agree, assure, promise, and undertake to indemnify and keep indemnified, saved, defended, and harmless the VIBGYOR GROUP OF SCHOOLS and/or its teachers, members, staff, officials, employees, agents, successors, representatives, affiliates, administrators, and assigns from any alleged or actual liability, loss, settlement, debt, claim, action, demand, risk, cost, charge, expense, damage, compensation, allegation, litigation, suit, prosecution, petition, application, legal & regulatory proceeding or any other liability or obligation of any nature whatsoever arising directly or indirectly and initiated by any person, authority, or entity out of and/or as a result of and/or relating to and/or concerning and/or touching and/or in connection with the action or inaction of our child during the said conference. This indemnification shall include all legal expenses and costs, including the Advocates’ fees and Court fees incurred by the VIBGYOR GROUP OF SCHOOLS before any judicial or quasi-judicial or Government Authority.
We have understood the VIBGYOR MUN 15 is a fully residential program and our ward is mentally and physically fit to participate in VIBGYOR MUN 15 including the associated risks, safety, security, and precautionary measures to be adopted by our child and us, and we have been duly explained the guidelines, rules, and regulations provided by the entity to be followed by the students/child of the said conference and the same has also been read and unambiguously understood, agreed, and accepted by us and our child who has along with us also executed this undertaking to abide by and comply with the same.
SELF DECLARATION AND ATTESTATION
I hereby declare that all the information provided by me in the registration form is true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief.
I understand that the Secretary General and the VIBGYOR MUN 15 Managing Committee reserve the right to verify the details provided hereby.
I understand that if the Secretary General and the VIBGYOR MUN Managing Committee find that information provided by me is false and incorrect or if I violate the terms and conditions of the conference, in such event my registration may be cancelled, and they reserve the right to take necessary actions, for which I shall be liable unconditionally.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN RESPECT OF BOARDING AND LODGING:
Delegates/Attendees are expected to respect the hotel's policies regarding check-in and check-out times. Any issues related to boarding and lodging should be promptly reported to the designated Managing Committee of VIBGYOR MUN 15.
Behavior & Breakage in Rooms for Residents:
Delegates/Attendees must conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner within the hotel premises. Any intentional and/or unintentional damage to the hotel property, including rooms and amenities thereof, will result in appropriate actions by Hotel Management and Secretary General of VIBGYOR MUN 15 (any damage will have to be made good to the Hotel by the delegate as per the cost mentioned by the Hotel Management).
Wearing of IDs at All Times:
Delegates/Attendees are required to wear VIBGYOR MUN 15’s identity cards (issued to them) visibly at all times within the hotel premises. Identity cards should not be tampered with or transferred to others.
Non-Exchange of Rooms & Usage of Corridors:
Delegates/Attendees are not allowed to exchange their respective hotel rooms without prior approval from the Managing Committee of VIBGYOR MUN 15. Corridors should be kept clear at all times to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests.
Adherence to Curfew Time:
A curfew time will be enforced, and Delegates/Attendees must be in their designated rooms by the specified time. Failure to adhere to the timelines of curfew, shall result in disciplinary actions.
Arrival & Dispersal:
Delegates/Attendees should arrive at the VIBGYOR MUN 15’s venue on the specified date and time provided by the organizers. Dispersal arrangements will also be communicated, and Delegates/Attendees must follow the instructions for a smooth departure.
Behavior During Air/Land Travel:
Respectful behavior is expected during any air or land travel associated with VIBGYOR MUN 15. Delegates/Attendees must adhere to the guidelines provided by airline or transportation authorities. Reporting to the Airport for Arrival & Departure 3 Hours Prior to Takeoff. Delegates/Attendees must report to the airport for both arrival and departure at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled take off time. Any changes to travel plans should be communicated to the conference organizers in advance.
These rules aim to create a safe, respectful, and organized environment for all conference attendees. It's important to communicate these guidelines clearly to ensure a successful and enjoyable conference experience.
For Residential delegates:
Any extension to stay will be at Attendee/Delegate’s own expense and may subject to additional charges than what is available in the options mentioned above.
Timings of the VIBGYOR MUN 15 will be from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
For Hotel Check-in timing is 2:00 pm, however VIBGYOR MUN 15’s delegate/faculty advisor may be allowed to check-in early subject to availability of rooms on Wednesday, 25th June 2025. Please note check-in before 11:00 am will incur an additional cost.
